The corporation is a public charity organized exclusively for charitable and educational purpose under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal tax code, including mentoring, educating, and leadership development of disadvantaged individuals, all of which shall be accomplished exclusively in such charitable manner within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding provisions= of future federal tax code.
