A Better Chinatown Association (ABCA) is a 501 (c) 3. Your donation is tax deductible. Our goal is to raise $1,200,000 to build two Chinatown arches at Kekaulike Mall.  The first arch will be built in 2026 at Kekaulike and King. The second arch will be built 2028 or sooner. The mission of ABCA is to promote economic development and activities for the merchants of Chinatown and to assist the City to provide a safe and clean Chinatown for tourists and local people.
