We’re excited to announce that A Better Chinatown Association is now officially recognized as a Public Charity (EIN: 84-2805087), strengthening our commitment to serving the community. The organization is operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding provisions of any future federal tax law, including mentoring, education, and leadership development for disadvantaged individuals.

To promote business development and activities in Honolulu Chinatown for Chinatown merchants
The Goodwill Chinatown
To assist the City of Honolulu to provide a safe and clean Honolulu Chinatown for the merchants, local people and tourists.
